Lendi Staffing Agency is a Black-owned healthcare staffing company built on a simple belief: when you take care of caregivers, everyone gets better care.

Built by our community, for our community

We started Lendi because we saw two things that didn't add up: healthcare facilities desperate for dependable staff, and incredible professionals who weren't being treated with the respect they earned.

So we built a bridge. We connect skilled, screened CNAs, HHAs, LPNs and RNs with the hospitals, nursing homes and home-health clients who need them — and we make sure the people doing the work feel valued every step of the way.

As a Black-owned agency, that mission is personal. We're proud to grow our community by lifting the people in it.
